These Terms of Use apply to games published by NQJS ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using a covered game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

License to use the games
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the games for lawful, non-commercial entertainment on devices that you own or control, subject to these terms and the rules of the store you downloaded them from (Google Play or the Apple App Store). If you downloaded a game from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Acceptable use
You may not copy, sell, rent, redistribute, reverse engineer, modify, cheat, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to a game or its related systems, except where applicable law expressly allows it. You may not use a game for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes, including manipulating ads or ad rewards.
Gameplay progress and virtual items
Games save settings, scores, statistics, streaks, virtual coins, unlocked content, and other progress locally on your device. Virtual coins and other in-game items are earned through play or by watching optional ads. They cannot be bought, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not your property. Progress may be lost if you reset game data, clear app storage, uninstall a game, replace a device, or experience a technical failure. We cannot restore lost progress.
Advertising
The games are free and offer optional rewarded ads provided by third-party ad networks. Ad content comes from those networks, not from us, and we do not endorse advertised products. Rewards are granted only when an ad is completed and may not be available every time, for example when no ad is available or you are offline. How ad partners handle information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Daily challenges, content, and accuracy
Game content, including trivia questions, answers, and daily challenges, is provided for entertainment. We try to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that every question or answer is correct or current. If you spot a mistake, let us know.
Updates and availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue a game or any feature at any time. We do not guarantee that every game or feature will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.
Third-party platforms and services
Your use of an app store, operating system, device, ad network, or other third-party service is also governed by that provider's terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability, content, or data practices.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how the games and our ad partners handle information. It forms part of these terms.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the games are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NQJS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, profits, or opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use a game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending your use
You may stop using a game at any time by uninstalling it. We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary to protect a game, other users, NQJS, or legal rights, or where these terms are materially violated.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our games, practices, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised terms on this page and update the date above. Your continued use of a game after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
