Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how NQJS ("we," "us," or "our") and the advertising partners used in our games handle information.

The short version

Games covered by this policy

Information saved on your device

The games save gameplay information locally on your device: settings, scores, statistics, streaks, virtual coins, selected topics, unlocked content, and your answers to the in-game ad and notification prompts. This information is used only to run the game and keep your progress. We do not receive it.

Advertising

The games are free. They show optional rewarded ads: you choose to watch an ad in exchange for something in the game, such as extra coins, a skipped question, or another chance. Ads are delivered through Unity LevelPlay, which works with these ad networks:

To show ads, limit how often you see them, prevent fraud, and measure performance, these partners may automatically collect:

These partners process this information under their own privacy policies:

Your ad choices

Personalized ads

Until you make a choice, ads are requested as non-personalized. The first time you use an ad feature, the game asks whether ads may be personalized to your interests. Your answer is saved on your device, and you can change it by resetting the game's data.

iPhone and iPad

The game asks for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track," your IDFA is not shared. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Android

You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in Settings → Privacy → Ads (the exact path varies by device).

Notifications

You Will Fail can send optional daily reminders, such as a nudge to play the Daily Challenge. These are scheduled on your device, only after you allow notifications, and no information is sent to us. You can turn them off in your device settings.

Ratings, sharing, and links

Some games may ask you to rate them using Google Play's or Apple's built-in review prompts. Some games let you share a result through your device's share menu. Some games open links to the app stores or to email us. These features are provided by Google, Apple, or the app you choose, under their own privacy policies. We do not receive your review, contacts, or messages.

What we do not do

Children's privacy

Our games are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Our ad settings tell ad partners that our games are not child-directed. If you believe a child's information has been collected through one of our games, contact us and we will work with our ad partners to address it.

Data retention and deletion

Information saved on your device stays there until you reset the game's data, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the game. Because we do not receive it, we cannot access or delete it remotely. To ask about information held by an ad partner, use the links above or contact us and we will help.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including the EU, the UK, and US states such as California, you may have rights to access, delete, or opt out of certain uses of your personal information, including targeted advertising. You can use the ad choices above at any time. For other requests, contact us.

Security

We limit what we handle by keeping gameplay data on your device. Our ad partners protect the data they collect, which is encrypted in transit. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Platform services

The store or operating-system provider you download a game from (Google Play or the Apple App Store) may process information independently under its own privacy policy. We do not control those providers.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our games or their data practices change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the date above.
